Prometheus installed a brand new boiler system for M&S Leicester. The project presented some challenges, since all M&E services from the existing roof top boiler house had to be removed and access was restricted. Prometheus undertook a safe and successful crane lift, liaising with the council to manage local road closures, and providing security and specialist equipment transportation.

When the project was further complicated by the presence of asbestos in the internal wall structure, we redesigned the installation using bracketing for all new pipework, plant and electrical installation works; thus avoiding the asbestos completely.  The project was finished on time and to budget with a delighted customer.
