Our full mechanical refit of M&S Ashton Moss was completed to glowing reports from our client and Principal Contractor, Wates. Works included a boiler house, ventilation, air conditioning and a new café, and despite the complexity of the project we completed as always on time and to budget, while maintaining excellent quality throughout. The 45,000 sq ft store welcomed its first customers who had a hugely positive response to the finished works.
