Prometheus carried out the installation of a new packaged biomass boiler system to the existing M&S Store at Gemini Retail Park in Warrington to serve the heating to the Food Hall. Employed as the Principal Contractor, our work also involved the installation of foundations and general construction work elements.

The system was designed to replace existing equipment with a highly energy efficient and modern approach to heating solutions. System is up and running and on target to achieve full ‘payback’ within the first four years saving the client money and reducing their carbon footprint in the process.
