In summer 2017, Prometheus was appointed by new client Beumer UK to undertake the enabling M&E works prior to the installation of a new, airside baggage conveyor system. This involved working on a complex 3D model to identify and address clashes, replace panels and install M&E services in preparation for the new system. In addition, we have throughout this scheme delivered various other works including general construction, installation of x-ray equipment and other tasks both airside and landside within the airport environment. Works on Phase 1 are still in progress, however, have to date been safely and satisfactorily completed on a dynamic and challenging site that has remained operational throughout.
